Ashley Conley, LMSW, brings a wealth of experience in supporting both children and adults facing challenges such as autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression, divorce, and familial mental health struggles. Ashley earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University, completing the latter through an Advanced Standing one-year program. She also has experience working with children aged 4-14 in the public school system.

Ashley employs a client-centered approach that encompasses empathy and compassion, meeting each client where they’re at. For her younger clients, she uses a play-centered approach in sessions, incorporating games, crafts, and toys to engage them effectively. She is also passionate about working with adults, offering guidance and support through life’s transitions and challenges, including parenting, mental health struggles, and relationship dynamics.

Her work with parents extends to offering valuable insight and support in their parenting journey, creating a well-rounded and empathetic approach for the entire family.
